Write for us: share what you know about SEO, links and AI search
Create & Grow is an SEO, digital PR and AI search blog read by marketers, SaaS founders and agency owners. We publish guest articles from people who do the work: practitioners with real examples, data and lessons. Send us a topic idea or a finished draft and we reply the same day.
Ways to contribute
Three ways to get featured on Create & Grow
Every piece goes through the same editorial review. We publish what helps our readers, and we say no to what doesn’t.
Guest article
A new, original article on one of our topics, published under your name with a short author bio.
- Your own experience, examples and numbers
- Edited, formatted and illustrated by us
- An author bio with a link to your site
- Shared with our readers once it is live
Resource for an existing article
Have a study, tool, template or guide that would make one of our articles more useful? Tell us where it fits.
- Send the article URL and your resource
- We add it only if it helps the reader
- Original data and research get priority
- We reply either way
Tool or agency review
Built a tool or run an agency that belongs in one of our “best of” lists? Send it for review.
- What you do, who it is for, key features
- Access to a demo or trial, if you have one
- We write the entry ourselves, based on facts
- The lists AI answers often cite for “best X” questions
Agency or brand with a bigger idea, such as co-marketing, a joint study or a sponsored series? Email us and tell us what you have in mind.
Topics
What you can write for us about
Create & Grow covers how brands get found: in Google, in AI answers and in the press. We accept guest articles on these topics.
Searching for an “SEO write for us”, “marketing write for us”, “technology write for us” or “SaaS write for us” site? All of those topics fit here.
Ideas we’d love to see: a link building campaign broken down step by step, how a brand got cited in ChatGPT or Perplexity, a digital PR story with the pitch that worked, lessons from growing or selling a website, or a test you ran with numbers.
Not accepted
What we don’t publish
- Adult content, casino, betting and CBD
- Loans, crypto schemes and “get rich” offers
- Hacking, cracked software and fake reviews
- Links to sites with malware or thin, scraped content
- Articles that are already published somewhere else
- Articles written only to place a link
Not sure if your idea fits? Send it anyway and we’ll tell you.
Guidelines
Guest post guidelines
We keep the bar where our readers expect it. Articles that follow these rules get published without back and forth.
Length and format
1,000 to 2,500 words. Clear H2 and H3 headings, short paragraphs, and a direct answer near the top. Send it as a Google Doc or Word file. We add images and formatting.
Original and useful
The article must be unpublished and written for our readers: marketers, founders and SEO people. Give examples, numbers, screenshots or steps they can use. AI can help you write, but the article has to read like someone who has done the work.
Sources and links
Link to your sources, studies and tools where they help the reader. Your author bio can link to your site. Links that are there only for SEO will be removed. We may add links to related Create & Grow articles.
Anchor text
Use natural anchors: a brand name, a description of the page, or the name of the study. Keyword-stuffed anchors will be edited.
Author
Publish under your own name with a short bio and a photo. Tell us what you do and why you know the topic. Real authors with real experience get published first.
Editing
We edit for clarity, accuracy and length, and we check every claim. You see the final version before it goes live. We decide what gets published.

Why write for us
Why contributors choose Create & Grow
A real agency blog
Create & Grow is a working digital PR and SEO agency. The blog has 200+ articles about SEO, link building, AI search and marketing tools, written for people who do this work.
The right readers
Marketers, SaaS founders, SEO specialists and agency owners read the blog. Your article reaches people in your industry, not a random audience.
Read by AI answers
Our lists and guides cover the “best X for Y” questions people ask ChatGPT and Perplexity. Your name and expertise end up on pages those tools read.
A real editor
You talk to the founder, Georgi Todorov, not to a ticket system. He has built links and written content since 2016.
Guide
How to pitch a guest post that gets accepted
Editors get dozens of “write for us” emails a week, and most are deleted after the first line. These five steps work here and on any good blog.
1. Read the blog first
Look at the last 20 posts. Pitch a topic the site hasn’t covered, or a clear new angle on one it has. Mention one article you liked, so the editor knows you read it.
2. Pitch one idea, not ten
Send one working title, three to five bullet points, and one sentence on why you can write it. A focused pitch is easier to say yes to than a list of keywords.
3. Bring something only you have
Your own numbers, screenshots, a campaign you ran or a mistake you made. That is what readers share and what AI tools quote. Generic advice is everywhere already.
4. Link where it helps the reader
Cite sources and link to pages that add something. Our guide to what makes a high-quality backlink explains why relevance matters more than the number of links, and dofollow vs nofollow links explains how editors label them.
5. Choose sites that are worth it
A guest post on a site with no readers does nothing for you. Check that the site is about your topic and gets real organic traffic. Our checklist on how to evaluate a website walks through it step by step.
One more tip: write for the reader of the site, not for the link. A guest post that teaches something gets read, gets shared, and keeps its value for years.

Between 1,000 and 2,500 words, with clear headings, short paragraphs and a direct answer near the top.

Your author bio can link to your site, and you can link to sources and tools where they help the reader. We remove links that are there only for SEO.
How fast will you reply?

How do I get my tool into one of your “best of” lists?
Email us the product, who it is for and a demo or trial if you have one. We review it and add it only where it fits the list.
